Patients are responsible to bring valid non-expired, government-issued identification, as well as a copy of their insurance information, a list of their current medications and dosages, emergency contact information, and a payment method.
We do accept walk-ins to our medical clinic, but we recommend that you register online. Online registration opens each morning 30 minutes before the clinic hours are open. This is highly recommended, and it will reduce your in-clinic wait time.
