Online registration is now available at Erwin’s urgent care clinic. We suggest that you register online to increase your chances of being seen at the healthcare clinic and to decrease your wait time.

Patients will be seen in the order that they register. Once you arrive at the urgent care center, you will still have a short wait in the waiting room as our staff prepares to see you. Registering online reduces (does not eliminate) your in-clinic wait time. The online registration opens 30 minutes before the clinic opens. MainStreet Family Care is serious about helping you heal and feel better, FAST!

General Illness (sore throat, cold and flu, nausea and vomiting, allergies, etc.)
Minor Injuries (sprains, broken bones, neck and back, sports injuries, etc.)
Infections (sinus, upper respiratory, ear, UTIs, etc.)
Other Medical Conditions (eye injuries, allergic reactions, minor burns, foreign object removal, etc.)
