Here are answers to some of our frequently asked questions.
What Are Your Hours?
MainStreet Family Care is open 7 days a week. Monday through Friday, our hours are 8am to 8pm. Saturday and Sunday, our hours are 9am to 4pm.
Where Are You Located?
We are located next to Waffle House on Western Boulevard.
Can MainStreet Be My Primary Care Provider?
MainStreet Family Care proudly offers primary care 7 days a week! You can learn more and create an account in our patient portal.
What If I Don’t Have Insurance?
If you need urgent care or primary care and don’t have insurance, do not worry! We offer self-pay options, so you can still receive our services.
How Do I Schedule An Appointment?
We do not accept appointments for urgent care, but you can register online or walk into a clinic. We highly recommend our online registration as it reduces in-clinic wait times.
How Long Are Wait Times?
Wait times depend on the number of people who registered before you. Our registration system gives you an estimated wait time when you complete online registration so that you can wait from your home or vehicle.
Once we are ready for you, you will still wait in the clinic for our staff to finish all the necessary paperwork for you to be seen. However, this wait time is significantly reduced compared to walking into the clinic.
When Does Online Registration Begin?
You will be able to register online 30 minutes before the clinic opens. Since we do not accept appointments for urgent care, patients are seen in the order they registered.
Does MainStreet Provide COVID-19 Testing and Treatment?
Yes, we offer COVID-19 testing and treatment at our clinic. For more information on these services, visit our COVID-19 testing and treatment page.
