Where Are You Located? 

We are located one block from McDonald’s on Hwy 1 in Callahan, FL.

How Do I Schedule An Appointment? 

We do not take appointments, but you are able to register online to be seen. This system allows you to wait from anywhere, not just in our waiting room. 

How Long Are Wait Times?

Wait times vary depending on the number of people who have registered online before you. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, meaning those that register first will be seen first. This system reduces in-clinic wait times and allows you to wait from your vehicle or your home until we are ready to see you. 

When we’re ready, we will send you a text, and you will have thirty minutes from receiving the text to check in at the clinic. After you check in, you will be asked to fill out some necessary paperwork. 

When Does Online Registration Begin? 

Online registration begins 30 minutes before the clinic opens. 

Can MainStreet Be My Primary Care Provider? 

At MainStreet, we offer primary care services 7 days a week! You can create your account using our patient portal. 

Does MainStreet Offer COVID-19 Testing and Treatment? 

COVID-19 testing and treatment is a part of our service offering! Visit our COVID-19 testing and treatment page for more information.

What Are Your Hours?

We are open seven days a week! Our hours are 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday and Sunday, our hours are 9am to 4pm.
