What Are Your Hours?

MainStreet is open late, seven days a week! Our weekday hours (Monday through Friday) are 8am-8pm, and weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday) are 9am-4pm. 

Can MainStreet Be My Primary Care Provider? 

Ready for primary care right within your city limits? MainStreet can help with that! We proudly offer our primary care services seven days a week, and you can even get same-day and next-day appointments. To create an account and sign up for your first appointment, visit the patient portal. 

How Long Are Wait Times?

Wait times vary by the day and time of year, but patients who register online will be given an estimated wait time upon completion of registration. Please also be aware that patients are seen in the order that they register, and walk-ins are added to the same queue as those who register online. 

How Do I Schedule An Appointment? 

MainStreet does not currently accept appointments for urgent care services. However, we do accept walk-ins and highly recommend our online registration system! 

Registering online allows patients to wait from anywhere and reduces in-clinic wait times. We will send you a text when it is time to head to the clinic, and you’ll have thirty minutes to check in at the front desk. 

When Does Online Registration Begin?

Online registration opens 30 minutes before the clinic opens.
