Is MainStreet Family Care a walk-in clinic?

While we do take walk-ins, it is better to register online for urgent care in Alachua. When you register online, you can choose your visit time and it reduces your wait time in the clinic. At MainStreet, our priority is to help you Heal and Feel Better, FAST!
What do I need to bring to my medical visit?

It’s the patient’s responsibility to bring a valid, non-expired, government-issued ID with them to each medical visit. You should also bring proof of insurance, a list of medications and dosages, any medical forms that need to be completed, a payment method, and your emergency contact’s information.
Does MainStreet take my insurance?

While MainStreet Family Care accepts most major insurance plans, check before your appointment to confirm that your insurance covers your visit.
Do I need to wear a mask at MainStreet Family Care?

If you think that you are contagious, we do ask that you wear a mask during your visit. If you don’t have one, that’s ok, just ask at the front desk, and they’ll be happy to provide one for you.
