No need to schedule an appointment to get urgent care in Pelham! While we are a walk-in clinic, MainStreet Family Care does offer an online registration. We recommend that you register before coming into the clinic–it will reduce your wait time.
Registering online also allows you to wait from the comfort of your home or car instead of in the clinic waiting room. Note: Registration opens each morning 30 minutes before the clinic opens.

While we do accept most major insurance plans, it is the patient’s responsibility to check before their appointment to confirm.
Please be aware that we require all patients to present a valid photo ID at the time of their visit. If you do not have your ID, we will be unable to see you.
While we do accept walk-in patients, we highly recommend utilizing our online registration system before coming to the clinic. Registering online reduces in-clinic wait times and allows you to wait from anywhere.
Wait times vary depending on the number of people who registered before you, therefore, registering online reduces your wait time!
Walk-ins and patients who register online are both added to the same queue, so you can bypass most of the wait by signing in online before you arrive. We will then give you an estimated wait time. Please note: When you arrive at the clinic, you may still have a short wait as our staff prepares to treat you.
