Below are some answers to our frequently asked questions.
How Do I Schedule An Appointment?
We do not take appointments for urgent care; however, we urge you to use our online registration when planning to visit the clinic. Registering online allows our patients to wait from their home or vehicle to be seen, thus reducing in-clinic wait times. Additionally, walk-ins are always welcome at MainStreet.
Where Are You Located?
We are located across from Brown & Wood Mazda on Greenville Blvd, SW.
What Are Your Hours?
We are open 7 days a week and offer late hours! You can visit our clinic from 8am to 8pm Monday-Friday, and 9am to 9pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
When Does Online Registration Begin?
Patients can begin the online registration process 30 minutes before the clinic opens. All patients are seen in the order in which they registered online.
How Long Are Wait Times?
When you register online, you will be given an estimated wait time that is based on how many people are ahead of you in the queue. You will be able to wait from your home or vehicle until we are ready to see you. We will send you a text notifying you that you have 30 minutes to reach the clinic and sign in at the front desk. Once you finish all the necessary paperwork, you will be seen.
