Here are some of our frequently asked questions and answers.  

Where Are You Located?  

We are located on Ohio Avenue North, one block from Lowe’s on Highway 129.

What Are Your Hours? 

We are open 7 days a week. Monday through Friday, our hours are 8am to 8pm, and Saturday through Sunday, our hours are 9am to 4pm.  

Do I Need Insurance To Visit?  

If you do not have insurance, don’t worry! We accept self-pay options with our urgent care and primary care services.  

How Do I Make An Appointment?  

We do not accept appointments; however, you can register online before coming in. This reduces in-clinic wait times, and we highly recommend registering online. We also always welcome walk-in patients!

When Does Online Registration Begin?  

You can register online 30 minutes before the clinic opens. We do not accept appointments, and patients will be seen in the order in which they registered online. 

How Long Are The Wait Times?  

Wait times vary depending on when you register. For example, several people may be in front of you; however, our registration system gives you an estimated wait time when you register. This way, you can wait at home or in your car until we are ready to see you.  

Once you arrive at the clinic, you will have to wait in the waiting room until our staff has finished the necessary paperwork. Once this is completed, you will be called back. This system drastically reduces the time spent waiting in the waiting room.  

Can MainStreet Be My Primary Care Provider? 

MainStreet offers primary care 7 days a week! Learn more and create an account in our patient portal to schedule a primary care visit. 

Do You Offer COVID-19 Testing and Treatment?   

Yes, through our urgent care services, MainStreet can both test and treat COVID-19. Learn more about our COVID-19 testing and treatment.
