What Are Your Hours?

We are open seven days a week with extended hours! Our hours are 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday, and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Where Are You Located? 

MainStreet Family Care is located on North Columbia Street, one block from Walmart on Hwy 441 in Milledgeville. 

Can MainStreet Be My Primary Care Provider? 

In addition to offering urgent care services daily, we are proud to offer primary care services seven days a week! Visit our patient portal to set up your account. 

When Does Online Registration Begin? 

All patients are seen according to the order in which they registered. Online registration begins 30 minutes before the clinic opens. 

How Do I Schedule An Appointment? 

At MainStreet Family Care, no appointment is needed. You can be seen by registering online, which allows you to wait from anywhere. 

How Long Are Wait Times?

Patients are seen according to the order that they register online; thus, your wait time depends on when you joined the queue. Our online registration system allows you to wait from home or in your vehicle until we are ready to see you. We will send you a text when it’s time to head to the clinic, and you will have thirty minutes from receiving this text to check in at the front desk. 

You will be asked to fill out some necessary paperwork upon arrival before our providers can see you.
