MainStreet Family Care is honored and ecstatic about bringing quality care and expertise to Smithfield, North Carolina! We look forward to diligently serving this community.
Here are some of our frequently asked questions.
Where Are You Located?
We are located right next to CVS off of North Brightleaf Boulevard.
What Are Your Hours?
Our clinic is open 7 days a week! Monday through Friday, our hours are 8am to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday, we are open from 9am to 4pm.
How Do I Schedule An Appointment?
We do not take appointments for urgent care; however, you can register online or walk into the clinic. Our online registration reduces in-clinic wait times and allows you to wait from anywhere!
When Does Online Registration Begin?
Online registration opens 30 minutes before the clinic does. Patients are seen in the order that they registered in.
How Long Are Wait Times?
Wait times vary depending on the number of people who registered before you, and walk-ins are added to the same queue as those who register online. Our system will give you an estimated wait time when you register, and we will text you when it is time to head to the clinic and check in.
Once you arrive at the clinic, you will still have a bit of a wait in the waiting room as our staff prepares to see you. Registering online reduces your in-clinic wait time.
Does MainStreet Offer COVID-19 Testing and Treatment?
Yes, we do! For more information on these services, visit our COVID-19 testing and treatment page.
What If I Don’t Have Insurance?
Needing urgent care or primary care, but don’t have insurance? Don’t fret. We offer self-pay options so you can still be seen and treated at our clinic.
Can MainStreet Be My Primary Care Provider?
MainStreet offers primary care services 7 days a week! You can learn more about these services and create an account in our patient portal.
